I’m Melissa Baez, a business consultant who helps organizations figure out what’s next and build a plan to get there.
For 14 years, I have consulted for a range of organizations, including churches, nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses, helping leaders turn big ideas into strategies, systems, and teams that last.
Before that, I spent a decade in business administration, so I know what it takes to run an organization day to day, not just plan one on paper.
Outside of consulting, I founded Luv Me More, a nonprofit women’s support organization, and started the Hey Gurlfraaand Podcast, where we have real conversations on personal growth, faith, purpose, and entrepreneurship to help women grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. I also lead two communities: W.O.E. Is Me, a mastermind group for women, and I Am Kingdom, a faith-filled community of believers who get to connect and do life together.
