Hi, I'm Melissa
I have worked 18+ years in business administration and 12 years as a business consultant and business coach. In 2018, I founded the nonprofit women's empowerment organization, Luv Me More which has united women through a network of support where we encourage, inspire, and motivate each other to grow personally and professionally. We have worked together to address common issues impacting women today.
In 2019, I started the Hey Gurlfraaand Podcast (HGP), which went global in its first season! The HGP opened doors to mentorship, life coaching and speaking engagements. In that same year, I created GirlCode - When Girls Unite, a student-centered empowerment initiative branching from the Luv Me More Organization.
Every one of these accomplishments has required me to BREAK THROUGH LIMITED THOUGHT PATTERNS and ASCEND TO NEW HEIGHTS.
My journey hasn't been the easiest, just as I'm sure yours hasn't either. Life has definitely thrown some curve balls my way, yet I let none of them rob me from living the life of GREATER.
